On 3rd September 2021, the previous distinguished board of Malaysian Anatomical Association committee term came to an end, and a new generation of young, talented and energetic anatomists have joined the new board of committee.

The AI for Writing Journal Article Workshop, held on 14th December 2024, successfully equipped participants, consisting of lecturers and postgraduate students with the knowledge and tools to enhance their scholarly writing through artificial intelligence. This interactive session provided valuable insights into how AI can enhance academic productivity and creativity.

October 19: The Malaysian Anatomy Association (MAA), in collaboration with the Medical Faculty, UiTM Sungai Buloh, hosted the inaugural MAA Convention and Exhibition (MAACE) to celebrate World Anatomy Day. The theme was “Family Fun Anatomy Day”, and it attracted a total of 300 participants. This event was held concurrently with the Intervarsity Innovation Competition, showcasing 17 exhibits featuring innovation from 10 universities.

The Malaysian Anatomical Association (MAA) proudly celebrates the remarkable achievements of our 24 Malaysian participants at the 21st Congress of the International Federation of Associations of Anatomists (IFAA 2024) in Gwangju, South Korea that was held from 5th to 8th September 2024.
PATTAYA, 16 May 2024 – Muhammad Zaid Zainuddin, an MAA member and a lecturer in the Faculty of Dentistry, UiTM Sungai Buloh has brought the academic research credibility of Malaysian anatomists into spotlight when he managed to win the Prof. Nantawan Promplin Award in the 7th International Anatomical Sciences and Cell Biology Conference and 46th Annual Conference of the Anatomical Association of Thailand (7th IASCBC/ AAT46).
