Dear MAA members,

On 3rd September 2021, the previous distinguished board of Malaysian Anatomical Association committee term came to an end, and a new generation of young, talented and energetic anatomists have joined the new board of committee. On behalf of the Malaysian Anatomical Association, I wish to extend a heartfelt thank you to our former President, Professor Dr Norzana Abdul Ghaffar for leading the association through numerous changes and challenges for the past two terms. I am honored to be your incoming President, and excited to welcome the new and returning committee members, who I am certain will successfully fulfill their predecessors' shoes. I would also like to welcome our newly appointed advisory board panels Professor Dr Azian Abd Latiff, Professor Dr Nasaruddin Abdul Aziz and Professor Dr Norzana Abd Ghafar, whose wisdom will place MAA as strong advocate of the members' professional development and internationalisation.
